Before Aly, Muhammed, Abdullah got Muslims they where called by that name. So for my understanding that are arabian names not muslim names. Does that mean after Prophet Muhammed (sas) all arab names became Muslim names?

I have a debate going proving that if Prophet Muhammad was omniscient or not. From what I know and Alwaeez told me is Prophet Muhammad omniscient correct me if I am wrong. And is there any proof on that like in Quran or so?
