I have seen jamati members drining Aab-e-Shifa twice in morning JK between Ghatpaat Duas. What are the reasons behind?

I have heard from some ladies who want to come to jk in simple attire. They said that fashionable members of jamat don't like to talk even don't like to stand with us in jk if we come in simple attire.

We must need to change this and come to jk with simplicity. Jamati and all mandlis mukhiyanis ...
