Just an interesting tidbit...
There is only one place on the face of the planet which doesn't do bandagi from 4am to 5am but rather from 5 am to 6 amand that is in Kigoma, Tanzania, and this is with the farmans of MSMS since Kigoma is in the far west of Tanzania..

What you are referring to is Baitul Khayal which is an aspect of Ibaadat just like Dua and Dasond.
