Does any one know what the Ismaili concept of the last Imam is in Ismailism? Other shia muslims believe in an Imam Mehdi who will return near the day of judgment. But what should our view on this issue be?

Ah yes, shariat, triqat, haqiqat and marifat. We Ismaili's are (supposedly?) on haqiqat.
Most definitly, I have had discussions with other muslims about things like the hijab. There is no reasoning with some people. Some are downright donkeys!

The qasida "dam hame dam Ali Ali" is atributted to Mawlana Rumi. That evidence is there that Rumi actually wrote this? The only place I can find this Qasida is on Ismaili sites. There is just not more information about this Qasida.

As pointed out before, the farman our Lord mowlana Hazir Imam is the Quran. As Nabi Muhammad (saw) said him self, the Quran is with Ali (as) and Ali (as) is with the Quran, and they wil not get sepperated until the Day of Judgment (see Ibn Hajar by al-Sawaiq al muhriqah, p.123, for example) .
