Portable Sanctuary in Judaism:
The Mishkan (meaning "dwelling place") was a sacred, portable tent built by the Israelites after the Exodus from Egypt, as instructed by God.
Contents: It contained the Ark of the Covenant, the golden lampstand (Menorah), and the Altar of Incense.
Purpose: It served as the central place for worship, sacrifice, and God's presence among the Israelites during their travels in the desert before the Temple was built.
