Will Ravan return in Kali Yuga?
In the Rin-spuns-pa Tibetan Ramayana, it is prophesied that Ravana will return as the Buddha incarnation of Vishnu in Kali Yuga. The Arunachal Pradesh Tai Khamti Ramayana (Phra Chow Lamang) shows Rama as a Bodhisattva who was reborn so Ravana could torture him.

Across many religions, we see the same pattern:
the world gradually falls into corruption, evil grows stronger, and finally a divine or spiritual figure appears to defeat evil and restore balance.
Christianity believes Jesus Christ will return to defeat evil and establish peace.
Hindu traditions speak of Rama, Krishna, and the future avatar Kalki destroying adharma.
Buddhism speaks of the coming of Maitreya Buddha when dharma declines.
In Ismaili Ginanic literature, zahurat will occur, the Imam will defeat the daint Kalinga, and a long age of peace—Ratan Yug (1.25 lakh years)—will begin before judgment.
Though the names and symbols differ, the message is the same:
there will be a final struggle between good and evil, massive destruction, a reset of humanity, and then peace on earth.
Whether seen as a literal war or symbolic (like a world-wide collapse), all traditions agree on one point:
evil is temporary, and justice ultimately prevails.

Is this will be some different kind of zahurat!? Imam is present for ever all times, Is it some new Imam coming?
You mentioned,"evil is temporary". In all ages throughout history evil has been present in one form or other more stronger. Imam is present, where is Daet Kalingo?

The Daint Kalingo will be from China, as the ruler of China during Zahurat. You can tell him as Daint Kalinga.
Daint devils are changing. For example, during the time of Rama, Ravana was the daint; during the time of Krishna, Kans was the devil. In the same way, during the time of Zahurat, the dictator or ruler of communist China will be daint. You can tell him a devil force.
There were, there are, and there will always be two forces. One force is the good force, and the other is the devil force.
If you read Anant Akhado, then you will find more details. There are many Ginans of our Pirs which directly tell us about Zahurat. Some Ginans have details about when Zahurat will happen; the daytime and the name of that time are mentioned in Anant Akhado.
All Imams have the Noor of Allah. Hazrat Ali has the same Noor which the Imam at the time of Zahurat will have, and according to Ismaili belief, this Noor will remain the same. The Imam will change, but most likely this event will take place during the next century, as per the ginanic projection.

In my opinion Zahurat happened when Shah Ali Shah (Noor e Ali) appeared in Jumpu Dweep, as mentioned in Ginans.

According to Ivanow, Chenab refers to the Chenab River in NOrthern India however this does not tally with other reference in ginans and granths where it is also calles Chin-ma-Chin and Chowis Mulk which is how China and its 24 provinces were referred in the time. Also Chin Minjar expression used by Pir Shams (inside Chin)
The Aswari refers to the spiritual recognistion by ALL souls, not only by Shias or Ismailis recognition of Imam Ali.
