According to Hindu scriptures and tradition, Lord Hanuman did not die, as he is considered a Chiranjivi (immortal being) blessed to live forever. He was granted the boon of immortality by Goddess Sita and Lord Rama.

Interesting, there is one another person, Ashwatthama, who is also believed to be immortal—but living in pain and sorrow. As per Hindu scriptures, during the Mahabharata war, he killed innocent children (the sons of the Pandavas) while they were asleep

I think we all know in which country he lives today as he still continue to kill children while they are asleep.
