This is what is currently used in UAE as Rules and Regulation. But beside the fact that this copy is not signed, there are questions about this document as UAE jamat was still considered as under Pakistan Council up to sometimes in 2004 which should not have been the case if this was signed in 1997. Any info about this would be most welcomed.
