None. It is not permitted by law. However, you can recite the dua as an individual but you must not have religious a congregation exclusive to one particular group (group of Muslims).

The saudis spends billions in building its salafi-denominated mosques in the lands of the christian, hindus, etc, but bars and officially discriminates against them (christians , Hindus) building their houses of worship in Saudi Arabia. One should check out what their text book teaches in schools. Even the shias are not allowed to build newer mosques or celebrate their festivals.

Imo, there should be no official Ismaili house of worship until the Wahabi state accepts principles of Humanity and enters into the nation of Humanity. This it cannot do as long as it enforces or governs by its own brand of Sharia'h.
