Our Dua is in Arabic but there is one sentence which is in Sindhi language i.e 'SHAH JO DIDAR', why this sentence is not translated in Arabic because this is also part of Dua?

I wonder whether the Syrian Ismailis and the Central Asian Ismailis say 'SHAH JO DIDAR'.

Have you confirmed it? In my opinion it is better to say Ya Ali Ya Muhammad.
Do they hand shake right and left also?

That's what was happening in 2001 when I went to Jamatkhana in Aleppo, Masyaf and Salamieh

Actually for few months in 1969 when the Dua was changing constantly every months, we did recite Ya Ali Ya Muhammad instead of Shah jo Didar for few months because of a circular from Supreme Council which was rescinded later in the year.
