National Day of Prayer in The US

Post by Fazal-Murid »

Today is the National Day of Prayer in the United States of America and earlier this afternoon I took the time to watch the ceremonies led by our President Donald J. Trump accompanied by the First Lady, VP Michael Pence and other dignitaries at the White House to offer prayers.

This special day is celebrated every year by the President with many invited clergy members and it was even more profoundly important this year with all the upheaval going on all over the world due to the Corona COVID-19 pandemic that affected so many.

With that in mind, it would behoove all Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims to take some time during their day today to offer prayers, ask for forgiveness of sins , and Almighty God's blessings. Shukran. AMEN.
